This is my new favorite place, I would recommend this shop to everyone. I had taken my car to another auto shop originally because of a nasty rattle/ grinding noise.They quoted me around $1500 worth of Maintenance and issues. I came here to get the job done and they noticed that I didn’t have any issues at all, just a plate that needed to be bent. They were honest about what the issue was, fixed it and kept me updated through and through. Saved me money and time. Good people and overall good shop, very friendly.
Polite and professional. Reasonable prices, although they could have taken the liable insurance company for more they gave an honest assessment. Fixed the vehicle faster than the insurance paperwork could catch up. Will bring our vehicles back in the future.
I have known this crew many years, but that is not why I still come. I come and keep coming because I can trust them!
They fixed to job, got me in got me out haven't returned since. Fast forward, I need to come back (I remember this place, and decided to write a review). Was recommended by "Tire Discount".
There are so few decent honest auto shops left, but Red River Auto Care is just that, the only place I would ever trust with my vehicle. I found them on a recommendation and I believe they are a true hidden gem. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
