We started going to this clinic because it’s close to home and seemed convenient for our new puppy. About two months ago, she was treated for allergies with a shot that worked for a while. Now that her symptoms are back, we went in for another shot. I showed up at 11:45 a.m. and was asked to wait 15 minutes, only to be told the vet was out to lunch from 12 to 2 and that I’d need an appointment.
