My wife and I had our car break down on a trip West to Ohio. We were taken to Red Ridge by AAA and had them look at it. We spoke with the co-owner, Bruce, and were very satisfied with the experience. They were honest about what was wrong with the car and we didn't feel like we were being cheated. Also, my car has been running just fine since it was repaired - survived a trip through the Appalachian mountains (there and back). My daughter is a college student going to Frostburg and got into a bit of an accident last night. While I was able to fix the front end parts I was unable to align the front end. So the tires did not wear quickly I knew I had to have it done right away. Red Ridge auto was able to get me in that morning. The work was done promptly and precisely. I could not be happier. A big shout out to the crew at Red Ridge you guys rock.
