Located inside 'Seafood City Supermarket' in the 'Terra Vista Town Center Square' on Foothill Blvd & Elm Ave. with plenty of parking. I was shopping at the market for ube Filipino treats and my friend suggested I grab some treats from the Red Ribbon counter inside. The cakes on display looked delicious and were ready for purchase. The 2 employees ( young man and older women) working on 11/6/2025 at 6pm had us waiting in line for 10 minutes while they sat there talking with friends (who we thought were also picking up an order) that visited their work. If we hadn't have asked if we can pick up our order there while we were behind the other people they wouldn't have even asked us if we were waiting in line for anything.
