My husband and I were craving dessert yesterday, so we drove to Red Ribbon and picked up some delicious treats. The staff member, Dulter, was incredibly nice and very friendly, greeting me with a big smile. The dessert (Ube Coconut Roll)he helped me choose was absolutely delicious, and my husband loved it. The customer service was excellent!

Older Asian Lady that works there has no sympathy at all. Got there a couple mins before they close because I had to stay overtime and she didnt want to sell me a cake when officially they are supposed to be still opened and they were barely packing up. I mentioned I need it the cake for my wifes birthday on the next morning and she just ignored me. Shame on her for the awful customer service.
