The whole round Mango Supreme Cake was still frozen when we ate it. As we were eating, we can feel the icy / slushy between our teeth. We started eating the cake 1 hour after pick up (15 min car ride, 45 min in room temp), which meant the cake was even more frozen at the time of pick up. This was my first Red Ribbon Bakery experience and I doubt I will return in the future.
Always have a good experience at Red Ribbon Henderson. Staffs are pleasant and polite. We always order palabok. It's the best.
