I don't usually do this, but she truly deserves a commendation for her excellent service. From the beautiful handwriting on the cake to thoughtfully offering cake slices and candles, every little detail made me smile and feel like a valued customer. I also truly appreciated how warmly she greeted me with a sweet smile while I was choosing a cake, and how sincerely she thanked me after the transaction, even wishing me to take care as I left the store. Stopped by around 7pm to pick up a cake for my friend, 10/10 would recommend this place i got the strawberry cake!! tysm angel for recommending the cake and your friendly service!! would come back again :)
Excellent service!! Melissa, Ashley and Juvey were very friendly and courteous. Such had a great lunch eating palabok and arroz caldo with chicken empanada. Very delicious!! We will coming back again and again. 🥰
I love red ribbon!! Store is clean and the staff are very friendly! I would like to mention Jean and Melissa for having an excellent customer service. The food was tasty. Loved the empanadas and the ube Spanish breads!! 10/10 reco. :))
