I visited this place on Sunday, 09/21, at 2 pm. I requested two orders of halo-halo from the cashier, but your staff refused to make them. Their body language clearly indicated disinterest, and I speak Tagalog, so there's no language barrier. It's disappointing to see employees who are supposed to serve customers displaying such attitude, which suggests they do not align with the values your company claims to uphold.
Used to be a huge fan of their cakes especially the ube and mango flavors. I bought the ube cake a few months back, and to my family’s suprise it was super DRY and BLAND- very far from how we remember them tasting. I initially thought maybe it was just a bad batch but when I recently ordered their mocha crumble cake, it was again disappointing.
