D is so great, super attentive and a great personality- very friendly! She keeps your drinks and sides coming! We will definitely be back!
I almost got myself in trouble forgetting to buy a dessert for a Christmas dinner. The night before I hunted high and low trying to find any place where I could buy a cake. Fortunately, Red Ribbon was open on Christmas and I ordered two Strawberry Dream. It was a 50 mile round trip, but I didn't want to disappoint anyone. I am so thankful to Red Ribbon for bailing me out of a jam. They are fantastic and folks really enjoyed the cake.
The chicken empanada is delicious. I also like the arroz caldo. The customer service is always great. Prices are very reasonable.
Pretty good halo halo. I like the red and green jellies. Mango ice cream was good. Ube mamon was excellent. Too cold A/C.
I visited this place on Sunday, 09/21, at 2 pm. I requested two orders of halo-halo from the cashier, but your staff refused to make them. Their body language clearly indicated disinterest, and I speak Tagalog, so there's no language barrier. It's disappointing to see employees who are supposed to serve customers displaying such attitude, which suggests they do not align with the values your company claims to uphold.
