I would normally go to a local bakery on Broadway in Chula Vista. I Googled what other bakeries have really good Black Forest cakes. I came across Red Ribbon Bakery. I was greeted by a lady named Raquel. So, happy and cheerful! Immediately I felt that I was going to have a great experience. I asked to purchase a Black Forest cake for my nephew’s birthday. I usually order online, last few orders were fine. But lately, i hate it when they deliver cake variety that they always replace that i didnt order, those happened for 3 times. And then last 09/10/26, i ordered 2 Super value meals, spanish bread and 2 halo-halo. When the delivery came, there were no halo-halo included. The receipt i received had a highlight on halo-halo saying "we're out" .. but still i was charged a total of $52.02, not deducting the 2 halo-halo that was not included in the delivery.
