Not sure if their cake/mamon recipe have changed but they are drier than they should be and not as fluffy. The mamon in the new packaging have decreased in quality. The middle part is sunken and the cake itself is dry. Same with cakes I’ve purchased from there in the past year. Is it a new recipe or are they selling me old frozen stuff?
I really like their cake. Specailly mango. And of course my favorite lugaw and also the staff and the supervisor is really friendly and helpful. Bravo!!
Food is very good and the service is very good. Employee’s are very friendly.
They used to have such good Ensaimada. They are not cheap, but it used to be worth it. Now they are obviously cutting down on the cheese. THE CHEESE. Putting maybe 1/4 of how much it used to be. I can accept raising prices, but reducing quality is just sad.
Much faster alternative, for the time and date we visited, than the jollibee next door. The cakes always look delicious. The food we purchased was fine.
