Went through the touchless Car wash on June 18. Car was not washed very well so I reached out on their website the same morning with no response in over a week. I’ve had several car washes here before and never an issue. Disappointed no one reached out.

Been here many times. First time this car wash DID NOT WASH MY CAR! I want a refund. Very disappointed
I’ve been extremely disappointed with my experience at Red Rhino Car Wash. The customer service is poor, and they do not respond to customer emails or concerns in a timely manner, if at all. It’s frustrating to pay increasing prices while the quality of the service continues to decline. The wash quality is inconsistent, and the attention to detail is nowhere near what it used to be.
