I don’t know what’s happened as of late but 12 years ago, my son attended daycare with Red Rabbit as the caterer. He ate mojo chicken, channa, and enjoyed different cultural foods daily. They’d pack food to take home if I had to pick him up early so I tasted it regularly and it was delicious. Especially the mojo chicken. I cannot speak to today’s food but it was amazing back when he was at Preschool of America on 42nd street (now MetroKids).

I attended a two week summer conservatory that had Red Rabbit cater for it. The food was constantly undercooked, especially the chicken, and was not well prepared. Chicken was also served for almost every meal. Not a lot of variety. There were barely any vegetarian options. Serving sizes were small as well. So disorganized . No one knows what they are doing. There is no communication at any level at the home office . Stay away from working with them .

The food is awful and not child friendly at all. The fruit my school receives Is intended for 3k and prek. The fruit is out if season tasteless and sometimes spoiled. The lunch is even worse Never a child friendly meal. Everything It's awful. The ingredients are used all week. They just shape it differently and serve it. And it's not good from day one. I wouldn't dream of eating myself let alone giving it to the students shame on red rabbit.
