Made an appointment, drove all the way there, was ghosted at the door. Very weird behavior. Edit / Update: Instead of apologizing here, they responded to my review by claiming this never happened. That’s pretty wild, considering they literally texted me afterward and left the attached voicemail asking if I wanted to come back. I’ve attached the screenshot. It’s okay to make mistakes, just own them. Pretending a customer is lying when there’s written proof is a strange way to handle criticism.

Caring and understanding notary. Renee personalized all the service, was incredibly efficient and I was in and out in minutes. Very polite and professional. After hours service was just what I needed, I had to have them in to the bank first thing in the morning.
Absolutely fantastic service! Took me last minute to sign some documents that I couldn’t complete anywhere else due to notaries leaving early. Kind, patient and super helpful, I’ll be back for the rest of my filing needs for my business.
