I got a vegan blueberry lemon scone and it was lovely! It did have more a muffin texture than a scone texture but still very yummy. What really was delicious was their pizza crusts that are also vegan! I’ll have to stop by to try more of their vegan goodies when I’m back in town.
though i really appreciate a bakery that is safe for celiac folks like myself, i have been to a LOT of GF bakeries over the years and this one was pretty medium. the muffins had a texture that was more like a biscuit than a muffin, and everything we got (mini-loaf, muffin, donut cake, cookie) was pretty grainy like they just don’t have the GF flour mix ratios quite right.
What a fun little bakery! The gal at the counter was polite and shone Jesus's love. Loved hearing KLOVE in the background. We bought a church cookie and lemon cake. Both so good, but we both fell in love w the lemon cake!
This place is so sweet 🥰 The owner is friendly + personable, and the food was really good! Worth checking out!
