I received good service during my time using the unit, they even replaced my lock immediately when they cut it off by accident. But after I canceled my lease, i received the same charge on my account. When I got in contact with them to understand what happened, the person deflected and through the blame on me, instead of explaining the issue to me and trying to resolve it in a peaceful manner. Red Planet Storage in Roswell is managed by an individual that I have never met in person, however she has always been quick to respond and made sure that I was taken care of as a customer. I appreciate her and the secure, always accessible unit that I rented. I will recommend this storage facility to anyone that is in need of one.
