Red Planet Storage in Roswell is managed by an individual that I have never met in person, however she has always been quick to respond and made sure that I was taken care of as a customer. I appreciate her and the secure, always accessible unit that I rented. I will recommend this storage facility to anyone that is in need of one.

Great response time for any inquiries!!! These guys are always letting renters know if there’s a change in the gate code or work going on. I can say that if you want a nice, secure, storage facility that actually returns your calls and e-mails, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Adam and his crew will take care of you.
Our unit got pilfered most likely from a customer or staff we will never know we lost half of our property...
If I could rate lower I would They were friendly when I first got my storage I recently had it broken into lost everything NEVER heard back from them except when I was 3 days late on my bill he called right away I asked about my stuff he basically said sorry for your loss he never even checked into it! ALL MY THINGS! I was depressed for weeks about it! Im very hurt over this! If you want your stuff stolen get a unit HERE
