I received good service during my time using the unit, they even replaced my lock immediately when they cut it off by accident. But after I canceled my lease with no issue I was charged for another month. When I got in contact with them about the person deflected and through the blame on me instead of explaining the issue to me and trying to resolve it in a peaceful manner. Red Planet Storage in Roswell is managed by an individual that I have never met in person, however she has always been quick to respond and made sure that I was taken care of as a customer. I appreciate her and the secure, always accessible unit that I rented. I will recommend this storage facility to anyone that is in need of one.
