Update: The response contains statements that inaccurately reflect my experience. The makeshift door made it fully visible. $600 was agreed upon from the beginning. Not a budget, AGREED PRICE! I am very pleased with the service I received from Red Plains from the always pleasant greeting I receive when I call to schedule to the repairs that were done. Cole and Brady came out today to look at an ongoing drainage issue that we have had in our master bath. We were anticipating that this was not an easy fix but I was pleasantly surprised when Cole almost immediately thought to look at a pipe in the attic and was able to fix our problem in minutes.

That was today and Cole came out and replaced the gasket on the bulkhead fitting on the tank bottom where the leak was. He also gave me some guidance on why the plumbing was set up the way it was. Thanks Cole, you're a credit to your ... read more

Called out Red Plains to service a Navien tankless water heater. They were able to schedule me quickly, they arrived on time and alerted me when they were on the way. Both Autumn and Cole were very friendly and professional.
