Contacted them about my hot water heater not working. They said the whole thing was shot and I needed a new one. Contacted Herman plumbing - for 200$ they replaced a circuit that was blown. Don’t need a whole new one. Then I reached out to them again to see the cost of a new garbage disposal. Was quoted 700$ for disposal and install. When I said I can buy my own disposal for 100$ from Home Depot they said it would still be 400$ to install it. It was two young kids they sent out these guys just sent reliable. Called the office due to plumbing issues I was having. The lady on the phone was nice and professional and got me scheduled asap. When I called and had questions regarding my bill and proposal, those questions were answered promptly. 24 hours after my repair was done, I received a follow up call from the lady in the office, checking to see how everything went during my visit and if I had any additional questions. I would highly recommend Red Plains Plumbing. They are professional and their prices are reasonable.

No one wants a back up but when you do, I highly recommend Red Plains Plumbing. They came out quickly and resolved the issue fast. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.
