I called RedPlains Plumbing for a drain clog, and they came out the same day. Their staff was knowledgeable, respectful and kind. They explained the issue in detail and I knew upfront what it would cost. I would HIGHLY recommend them, and will be using them for all future needs. Thank you.

Contacted them about my hot water heater not working. They said the whole thing was shot and I needed a new one. Contacted Herman plumbing - for 200$ they replaced a circuit that was blown. Don’t need a whole new one. Then I reached out to them again to see the cost of a new garbage disposal. Was quoted 700$ for disposal and install. When I said I can buy my own disposal for 100$ from Home Depot they said it would still be 400$ to install it. It was two young kids they sent out these guys just sent reliable. Called the office due to plumbing issues I was having. The lady on the phone was nice and professional and got me scheduled asap. When I called and had questions regarding my bill and proposal, those questions were answered promptly. 24 hours after my repair was done, I received a follow up call from the lady in the office, checking to see how everything went during my visit and if I had any additional questions. I would highly recommend Red Plains Plumbing. They are professional and their prices are reasonable.
