I love this place.... I have been coming to Red Persimmon Nails for about 6 years now, and I love the service! They are very friendly and concerned about your nail experience. Here's a great example of what I mean...About a week after I had my nails done, I had accidentally broken my nail and went in to have it fixed. I waited about 4 minutes and they happily fixed it for me for free. I have been to many other nail salons, and I always felt like they could have cared less about my business. In this case, I wish I could give a 0 star. A 1 star is being generous. A few days ago I went in for a pedicure. I was told it would be a 30 min wait. I walk around for 30 and I come back to which they say to have a seat. I waited for an additional 20 mins. Finally I'm called and I proceed to put my feet in the spa for a pedi. The nail tech Hong, started picking and digging at my big toes. I get nails done by Cindy. I tried other salons but have had a lot of trouble with consistency. Pedicures are great as well

Heather is the manager there; she is all about customer service. If you ever have a problem, talk to her. I have sent some of my employees to her that had complaints about one thing or another; she has always made it right. She wants repeat customers and this woman never forgets a face or name. It had been 6 weeks between the first time I went there and the 2nd time I went, she remembered my name and what I had done and she wasn't the one that done my nails!!
