This company was extremely unprofessional! They definitely have lost my business. I waited all afternoon for a scheduled pickup of my rug to be cleaned, which I had even called and received a confirmation on that same day. They were a no-show!! Not only did they miss the window of time they gave me, but by late afternoon after I contacted them, I was told they'd reach out to a technician and get back to me. Absolutely no follow-up. I called and texted Red Oriental Rug Experts and Joanna their staff got right back to me. John was one of the technician and took my rug after a few days he delivered it to a very good condition. My rug now looks like brand new and the color was revived. I am truly grateful for them!
