Had an issue that I thought was my inverter. Called on wed afternoon; got a call next am for a same morning appt. Javier came out to my remote location and immediately ran through basic troubleshooting. Ruled out the first set of possible issues, then set out to determine the actual issue. They never show up to do the work
Wasn’t happy. Got an estimate. They were going to charge $100 to do an estimate. Called multiple times did not ever get back to me. Felt like they just wanted the money for an estimate. Not happy
Absolutely worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They changed my appointment day to another day, which was difficult to ensure someone was home on the new day. I was told the electrician would arrive at my house at 7 AM, but they never showed. I had to keep calling back because I kept getting new times he would arrive. Finally, at 1:30 (five and a half hours later) the electrician arrives, but promptly tells me he didn’t have the supplies, so he wouldn’t be able to install it until the following Monday even though I... read more
