They are rude beyond belief. The owner Sam would rather argue than look at you. Tried to show her a picture of how I wanted my hair, she refused to look at it. When I saw someone describe her as friendly, my eyes just about popped out of my head. She is combative.
I took my 3-year-old son here for a haircut after finding this place on Google, where it clearly states that it’s “good for kids.” They even have it posted on their door, so I assumed it would be fine. From the moment I walked in, it was not welcoming at all. No greeting, no effort. The two ladies was just sitting because no customers . I explained right away that my son struggles with haircuts, and immediately they started saying, “Oh no, we can’t do that,” over and over, and told me to take him to a kids’ salon instead.
