I was at both men’s Red Oak campuses from October 17, 2025- December 12, 2025. It was my second try at rehab (first time at The Estate in MS (4/25-5/25). Key take aways from my experience: 1. The success rate for staying clean after rehab is slim. 2. The difference between my first time to rehab and second time at Red Oak in the grand scheme of things was that I knew what to expect in a general since, had specific things I wished I would have known the first go around mindset wise, spiritual wise, and participation wise. 3. ... read more
