Damaged my strong and naturally long nails by using top coat before using dip powder for a layover. I noticed the bottle later and asked about it, he said it doesn’t matter. Each of my nails are broken off and damaged. Those were my real nails holding the tomatoes.
I’m giving two stars because the woman who greeted me at the door was friendly and welcoming. I came in to meet my friend, who was the only customer in the salon before I arrived. After I was seated, she asked three different times if someone could assist me. One employee appeared to be asleep at the end of the salon, and the gentleman wearing a mask repeatedly said no. I loved it! My pedicure tech was amazing today.
Worse experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The man cut the skin on my toe which caused bleeding. Instead cleaning and trying to stop the bleeding he continued the pedicure. Once he realized the blood wasn't stopping that is when he got cotton swabs and alcohol. However the bleeding continued. He tried painting over it. I hope he discarded that polish. Not even 24 hours later and the gel polish is chipping. They don't give itemized receipts so they can charge a "custom price". I will never return.
Pam and Mary did an amazing job on our pedicures! We got the deluxe pedi. Very friendly. Manager was very personable! We will definitely come back! ♥️
