This is a beautiful facility, and the staff go above and beyond every time I visit. I've only ever been for sick visits, but the whole process has a tendency to be fast and convenient.
Diana saved my life. She discovered my cancer early enough to be treated! Best care in Franklin!! Laura and the whole staff go above and beyond to get us well again. I am eternally grateful.
You are taking your chances going to this facility. From the receptionists to the doctors, they are just paper pushers drawing a check and soaking insurance companies. These people are obstinate and unprofessional.
