I had to call 4 times and got only the receptionist and she said she would have the sales person call me. Each time I called back she said they did not call you back... I will contact the sales person right now... same story for 3 times... Sad thing is I was told by a few people to use Red Oak...maybe my project was not big enough to warrant a call back or they did not want my type of project to spray my metal shop

I personally work up estimates, meet with customers, and take care of any problems that arise from doing the work as described. We will admit we aren't perfect but we absolutely don't engage in the business practices you describe. Never returns phone calls! When you do reach them," I'll have someone call you back". Trust me, it never happens. They don't show up on time, low ball the price, screw up your house and just argue about fixing the damages.
