On a day where the temperature is 100+ degrees at a softball tournament, why would you think it's OK to have a rule banning people from bringing in coolers, while closing the concession stand long before games have finished for the day? You effectively cut people off from being able to get water. I would love to hear an explanation from the city.
If I could make this review ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT sign your kids up for this association. The management, all the way to the umpires is severely lacking. Fair is fair, even in little league sports. Showing favoritism to other teams, etc has no place in any sports. Our time is done playing on Red Oak fields, thankfully. I grew up in Red Oak and it makes me sad to say all of this. Our kids deserve better. The time and money invested warrants fairness & it does not exist at this complex.
