I was called for a sewer clean up from the laugh out loud Comedy club upstairs that has drained into the bathroom at red oak ballroom. And they were mad that this has happened. The plumber was slower than slow and after several hours I finally was able to clean it up. Hazardous waste. Then I had to wait a week for plumber to fix the sewer pipe. Very nice hall and a central location. Red Oak Ballroom is located on the street level at the old central park mall. Look for the signs and directions for the NORRIS CENTER. The entrance is on the NORTH side of the building. You may park in the parking garage and take the elevators to the M level, and walk to the left of the elevator past the escalators. Other than that the rooms are different sizes for any occasion.

Not bad. Besides the location and parking, or lack of, it wasn't THAT bad. Adequate space and decent food by the catering service, and although there was a language barrier, the service was still on point.
