Red Oak Apartments is a wonderful place to live. The units are furnished with modern, high-quality cabinets, and the building itself is very well maintained. I lived here for 1.5 years and had a wonderful experience the entire time. I’d like to give a shout-out to Charlene and her team for their amazing support from our first move-in to our very last day. Overall, it has been a great experience for me, and I would highly recommend living here.
We only lived here 6 months before moving out of state and can say we enjoyed it! We had a 1bed 1 bath and it was beautiful hard wood floors, high ceilings and large windows that allows lots of natural light especially in the gloomy winter months. Everyone that lived there was friendly and the staff was always helpful and easy to work with. Never heard any of our neighbors or people above. I don't understand the logic of allowing cats & dogs in their "pet friendly" apartments, but not caged animals. Caged animals are always cleaner and usually quieter, especially quieter than some dogs. Edit - so, no answer?
My experience renting an apartment at 875 Elm St, Manchester NH was exceptional thanks to the amazing knowledge and energy of Mariam Salam. She made the experience of renting this apartment easy and stress free. She responded quickly and efficiently to my many questions. Her customer service far exceeded my expectations! On the above scale of 5 I would rate her customer service at least 8.
