I have been to this salon multiple times and never had an issue. Today, I went in because I just needed a toenail fixed. When i walked in, i stated exactly what I needed. The lady who helped me was very rude, dismissive & passive aggressive. I got to the chair and show her the issue, she asks me again what i want. I tell her, whatever is necessary for it to be fixed.
