After ordering a product online from Red mountain and not receiving the receipt I called their facility to inquire about why I hadn't received one they indicated that they do not accept Care credit at this time however their website indicated that they did and it accepted my payment I called to cancel the order but the gentleman that answered indicated that I didn't need to do anything further and neither did he and that the charge would automatically reverse itself and cancel and that never took place as a result we've been... read more
I had a 12:00 appointment and arrived a half hour early to complete paperwork that I didn’t receive in advance (they spelled email wrong). After vitals were taken I was moved to a room where I sat for 25 minutes before I walked out. The front desk person stated they were running behind. Seems to me they don’t schedule appropriately. Totally unacceptable.

Had a good experience in Red Mountain Weight Loss great staff as well. At first I was skeptical to try their program, yes it is on pricey side, but it is working! I loss 14lbs in 2 weeks. Meds works really good. First 2 days was tough with headache and cravings due to cutting of sugar. On 3rd day didn’t feel hungry at all.
