I have a long history of being a RM customer. The staff are very supportive and I enjoy my visits. The RM3 works and is an amazing product, but not sustainable. I regained the pounds (very, very difficult to keep off 40 pounds). I have gone back several times over the years because I know the program works. This time around I opted for the GLP-1. Although I thoroughly enjoy working with the staff at RedMountain Arrowhead location I believe corporate has gone beyond helping individuals with their weight journey. They have chosen to raise prices once again, when individuals are trying to lose weight and become healthier. I will no longer be purchasing the fat burner shots because prices have been added for shipping as well. If $500 dollars a month is not enough to include these things I will not encourage anyone to make this part of their weight loss plan.
After ordering a product online from Red mountain and not receiving the receipt I called their facility to inquire about why I hadn't received one they indicated that they do not accept Care credit at this time however their website indicated that they did and it accepted my payment I called to cancel the order but the gentleman that answered indicated that I didn't need to do anything further and neither did he and that the charge would automatically reverse itself and cancel and that never took place as a result we've been... read more
I had a 12:00 appointment and arrived a half hour early to complete paperwork that I didn’t receive in advance (they spelled email wrong). After vitals were taken I was moved to a room where I sat for 25 minutes before I walked out. The front desk person stated they were running behind. Seems to me they don’t schedule appropriately. Totally unacceptable.
