Ok I went to rm with no real expectations. The dr visit is kind of a rip off. They really don't do much besides talk to you for 5 minutes, and the cost is more like 700 a month not 500 like it says. The program is 500 but the dr visit is 200 extra. That being said wow does it work. The appetite suppression is amazing im never hungry. The diet is brutal but your not hungry so it's ok.
