It really works. Lost apx. 50 lbs. HOWEVER - when you stop you put it all back on PLUS M O R E !!!!!!!!!!!
My complaint is that Red Mountain does not honor their referral program. They tell you over and over again that if you refer someone you will get a discount on your next visit. I told them I had a friend that was going to start. They had me put his contact info on a form on their form. They also had me fill in a second "business card" sized referral card. Well my fiancé and I started the RM3 6 days ago,our wedding is in 3 1/2 months and so far I have lost 9lbs and he has lost 10lbs in not even a WEEK! I have been telling everyone how amazing it is and can't wait for week 2. The diet is an adjustment but we haven't cheated at all and have followed all of the directions and I am amazed every time I get on the scale!!! So happy I found you red mountain weight loss!!!!!
