We had such a peaceful experience with Red Mountain Funeral Home, and I can’t say enough good things about Diana. She was so kind, patient, and helpful through everything. She made a really hard time so much easier for our family. Diana took care of every detail and made sure we felt supported the whole way. If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. This funeral home does not work in the best interest of family but is motivated by money and greed. My grandfather passed away in 2022 and his inadequate power of attorney requested he be buried with this funeral home. There was an active lawsuit out against the POA at the time of his death and against the suggestions of the Arizona Funeral Board, the funeral home buried my grandfather without consent from our family. We needed a direct cremation for some arrangements that were made out of state and Red Mountain Funeral Home made everything very simple. The process was well organized and the staff kept me updated throughout.
