*SCAMMER ALERT!!!* Red Motors seller is a complete fraud. Their cars don’t match the description of what they’re selling. We bought a car from them, and in less than a week, the brakes wouldn’t work, the clutch gave in, and alignment was shocking. And the rear wheel started to fall off!! Literally fall off from the car! Me and my partner went to view a car the car looked in good condition and working well. It did appear to not have been cleaned and had rubbish in. When we asked to view the paper work/service history they were unable to provide this and said they didn’t have one from where they’d purchased it from. He did say that they had moved offices but we were not comfortable purchasing the car without any paperwork showing the history especially as the car was 10 years old
GOOD SERVICE
We bought a Honda imported from Japan from this seller. The seller does not respect consumer rights. We wanted to return the car after the second day from the date of purchase because we had problems with car insurance. He cheated us about road tax, we couldn't check it in advance. We followed the customer's law and sent letters requesting the return of the car. The seller did not respond.
