Great Store!!!!! When you say Red Mill Pet Supply, the first thing that comes to mind is the absolute care and dedication the owners give to each and every customer. They make it their business to know every detail of every item they sell in their store right down to the ingredients of the pet foods. Not a satisfied customer Store stays cleaner than most but the employees I've encountered are so moody. This would include the owner as well. I feel they are definitely not a Customer First oriented business. It's not a pleasant experience to walk in and feel you are invading their space. I will continue to do my business at the pet store in Adrian from now on.
Best Pet Store Around I just love this store. The staff is so friendly and very help full. I had a problem with my dogs food and the got me on the right track and now just only after three weeks I can see the difference in the behavior and the coat. Thanks Red Mill and the Staff for being there for me and my dogs.
Not unfriendly at all! I was a little taken back at how eager the people were to help me select dog food. I discussed what problems my dog was having and they gave me the options of food I would need. The store was neat and clean. They even loaded my 40lb. bag of dog food into my vehicle. Great customer service!
Very disappointed in this place After being a loyal customer and buying expensive dog food for our dog. My son bought some fish from them. Luckily it was cheap fish but still. He bought 12 rosy reds and I thought it was weird that the lady would scoop them in then net then grab them out with her hand to put them in the bag. We drove 15 min home and on the way home my son said some was swimming weird. We let them sit in the water like you are suppose to so they do not get shocked. He put them in and 5 are dead. First time stopping in today with my two young boys, shopping for our new puppy. Was amazed at the inventory and selection. Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. I recommend any pet owner to stop in and see for themselves. We will be back!
