The staff was friendly, the hygienist and Dr. Skrba were very pleasant and kind. However, the wait time was unacceptable. My appointment lasted nearly 3 hours for a very straightforward new patient exam and prophy for my two daughters (both under 5 years old). I expected to be there around 1-1.5 hours total. I have never had such an extreme wait at any pediatric dentist. Not sure exactly where the issue lies, probably something to do with overbooking. Brittany and the Handling of My Son’s Appointment. I was very disappointed and quite uncomfortable with our experience at the front desk today. Upon arriving for my son’s scheduled appointment, I was informed that his appointment had been canceled because I had not responded to a recent confirmation text/call, despite having confirmed the appointment when it was originally scheduled. Simply amazing staff and Dr. It was our son's first dentist appointment and they were wonderful. We drove almost 30 for him to come here and will be bring him here again.
