The girl we had clean my son's teeth today was so informative! She had great customer service, talked my son through each step of the cleaning, she was upbeat and just all around awesome. I have two kids that are level 1 autism (what was formally known as Asperger’s). They have refused to go to the dentist for years. Things that were extremely helpful here: 1) Front desk staff (Brittany, especially) was extremely organized and knew how to talk to my kids to establish a comfortable environment right away 2) They offered to give the kids and myself a tour and prime the kids (show them) what to expect for the appointment.
