Just had Alex and Gord clean my carpets. Super professional, great service and awesome prices. Really thorough. Had a quote in minutes. I would recommend Red Mile Carpet and Tile Care to all.
Alex was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful. Our carpets were completely soaked by dog urine and after two "deep" cleans by other cleaners, the stain and smell was still overwhelming. We were convinced that the carpets needed to be replaced. I reached out to Red Mile Carpets as a last resort, and Alex took the time to show me the equipment he uses and how he was going to lift the stain and smell off the carpets. I have a family of 4 kids and they had really changed the colour of the rugs in my house with food stains and crayon marks. Got in contact with Alex of Red mile carpet and his wonder restored the fresh look of my carpet, no more marks and no more hidden dirt in the carpet.The hot water used also gives a healthy feel knowing that the bacteria is dealt with.
