Excellent experience with Red Merle Mechanical. They put in a heat pump for me, were helpful in sizing the most efficient system for the home with very reasonable pricing, and fit me quickly into their schedule. I could not have asked for better service. The entire experience was extremely positive and I’ve already recommended them to friends. Do yourself a favor, and give them a call first!!
Phil and his crew installed heat pumps for us last year, and we couldn't be happier. He was honest, reasonably priced, friendly, and fair to work with. He took a great deal of time to answer all our questions and guide us throughout the process. And when a minor issue revealed itself the day after the installation was complete, he was profusely apologetic and out in less 30 mins to address it (impressive, given that we seem to live 45 minutes from everywhere). Highly recommend.
Phil was a great communicator, very efficient worker and helped us formulate a great plan to have mini split and heat pumps. Would highly recommend! --- Edit: Phil went above an beyond helping us ensure that we loved every aspect of our heat pumps. We was also a great liaison when communicating with Mitsubishi. I'd rate him higher than 5 stars if I could!
