I checked the Mitsubishi website for an authorized service company. Red Merle Mechanical provided a quick response and got me on the schedule. Diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner that exceeded my expectations.
Phil installed a Mitsubishi heat pump for us yesterday. He's great to work with! He did a terrific job, showed up promptly, cleaned up the site, took care of the registration, provided a paid invoice right away. He was very communicative, returned calls quickly, did what he said he would. We would highly recommend him.

Phillip responded quickly to my initial call, came out to give us an estimate on a heat pump, helped us with sizing and also applying for a zero interest loan through a Vermont program to pay for it, and then completed the work super fast and efficiently. All around great experience, would highly recommend

Heat pump options were provided with prompt and knowledgeable replies to questions and he provided information on available rebates. After installation he explained the operation of the heat pump very thoroughly.
