Had my vehicle towed in on a Monday. Called in Tuesday and Wednesday for an update and was given the run around. Finally got a hold of someone on Thursday who tried to throw the tow company under the bus for "not leaving contact information" when that was not the case. Took two more days for a quote during which was complete radio silence, and then quoted me 25-50% more than the job actually cost. Absolutely brutal service, no communication, and a completely lack of tact. Avoid like the plague.

We brought our car in because of engine and hybrid charging issues. After 4 days, we called, they didn't even have the courtesy to call us. We found out that due to a recall on the radio, a part had to be ordered. We didn't come for the recall, and the recall wasn't even critical, but they held our car for what looks like it's going to be weeks. When you call because they won't call you, expect to get the run around. Then, when you finally talk to your service associate, they will not have an update from the person who worke... read more
