I don't recomend this place..took my car for repair they gave it back saying is ok now, but 1 day after had to take it back, have been without my car for a week, they don't have the courtesy of updating me, after I called they say they know now what the problem was, what happened the first time? Who knows 🤷♀️.. Not a good experience, not recommended. The manager try to explain but I could see the lies.. still waiting for my car.
Disappointing Experience with Post-Sale Support I bought a brand new Hyundai and the rear A/C wasn’t cooling from day one. I reported it right away and was told it would be fixed during my first service. At that time, they claimed it was too cold outside to check the A/C and asked me to come back later. Tony was rude and told me to have a good day after hearing my offer. He didn’t even bother to go inside and ask his supervisor. Very unprofessional sales person.
Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Left with an oil leak on first ever service after purchase.
Gilbert from the service department helped me with my car appt. The waiting room is nice and clean. This is why I’m a returning customer.
