Just go somewhere else. The whole experience is horrid customer service. So bad, it leaves me to suspect my truck possibly wasn't even repaired. Update 8/22/25: service manager called to rectify the problems. Just to be left with empty promises. Even got me to re-fill out the Ford customer survey before re-examining my problem.
How is it that not only is McCombs Ford selling me a 2023 vehicle with a still-pending recall, but THEN several weeks later after I get the truck back, I find out IT WAS NOT FIXED? Unacceptable. Will never choose them again.
My truck has gone in service on may 20 for electric problem, then it was fixed and i paid for 2500 including labor around 1800 and only junction cable was changed that cost around 200 then i had an accident and i had the truck on repair and they said the battery is damaged because of the same problem , i am having now the truck parked for more than a week because the dealership does not have a battery to test the truck to fix the problem that they didn’t fix at the beginning , now they are asking me to pay for a battery and ... read more
