Service center continues to provide terrible service every time we come. Long wait times, waited over 3 hours for a scheduled oil change appointment. Idiots don’t check for supplies they have and 2 hours in approach us saying they have to order more. You didn’t check you had the right supplies before you started? Be better.
Do not come to this location 2 out of 3 times now coming in for an oil change on my ford f-150 super snake and I have waited 2 or more hours. Most recently today my visit got extended to 3 hours due to not having enough quarts of my oil. Disappointed to say the least.
I was hoping for better news with some issues with my truck and extended warranty, but there were some items not run through in the query with the company that I was told they could run those through if I liked but for Ford, they'd charge another diagnostic fee, $200 if I wanted to proceed. This after, I had brought my truck in with an itemized list of all that I wanted to address or investigated.
