12/10. Katherine and the Red Maple team were incredibly responsive, professional and easy to work with. All of our guests said this was "the best food they have ever had at a wedding," and I agree. Despite the cooler temperatures they kept everything fresh and warm, and everyone was able to get seconds!
I couldn’t be happier with the catering with the level of service Katherine and Fletcher provided for my corporate event. The food was delicious. My event would not have been the same without Red Maple.

Always a delicious meal with Red Maple, whether it's a wedding, birthday, or fun family gathering of 25 - 175. It's our fourth event with this team of experts, and it's always delicious, with unique flavors and variety to surprise and delight my guests. The gracious staff makes everyone feel special. Thanks to Chef Logan, Brand, Michelle, Shawna, and Katherine, who coordinated a great evening in my home.
