I went to an event catered by this team. I found the food to be boring and basic. Was not impressed.
Red Maple catered my best friends wedding in Vail and the food was inedible. Cold, flavorless, just unappealing. I dont expect much from wedding food but for the price that she paid, I expected it to be decent. The servers were clueless, nobody knew what was going on-.... I asked three servers for a diet coke three times and nobody could give me a straight answer weather or not it was available. Do yourself a favor and hire any other caterer.
I hired Red Maple Catering to prepare and serve a celebratory lunch for family and friends at my home, hoping the experience would be excellent and memorable. Chef Nicholas and server David did not disappoint. They were professional, personable, and a delight to have take over our kitchen! The food and service were outstanding and will be talked about for years to come. The old saying "you get what you pay for" proved accurate once again.
WE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH RED MAPLE!!! I cannot speak highly enough. From the initial planning stages to the actual event, everything was seamless and enjoyable. They did our intimate wedding reception, and it was an absolute hit. Everybody on the team was so personable and kind. All of our guests could not stop complimenting them. The food was delicious. BOOK THEM!!!
From booking the date, and picking the menu out to Chef Leo and David arriving, cooking and serving- the experience was executed flawlessly. It’s obvious Chef Leo and David take great pride in their craft - the food was beautifully presented and tasted out of this world. Could not recommend them enough!
