We used Red Maple Catering in March while visiting Vail on vacation. Katherine was very easy to work with. We created a menu to celebrate my son’s birthday. She even brought a beautiful birthday cake. Highly recommend
Working with Red Maple made event planning easy. Katherine was clear, responsive, so very friendly, and a joy to work with. They went above and beyond to help prep and customize dessert packages for our guests. For the event itself, Chef Nicholas and bartender David were supremely professional and kind, making sure to introduce themselves to the hosts. A few guests asked who had done the catering, and I was able to proudly say "Red Maple Catering." Thanks for your attentiveness and service! The food was perfect too. :)
Fine dining delivered to your doorstep! This is our third year using Red Maple and they never disappoint. They cover every detail and the quality of these meals will far exceed your expectations. Especially for those traveling in large groups or with children that don’t have the patience for the fine dining experience…. Don’t sacrifice a quality meal, call red maple!
Katherine was fantastic to work with—communicative, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. I wanted to love this experience with Red Maple, as Katherine was great to work with leading up to our evening. There was a snowstorm, so we had to move dates, and I did think their notification came a bit late (just before dinner was expected to take place). Can't fault them for the effort, as travel was difficult. As for the meal itself, unfortunately, I thought playing it safe with NY Strip steak was the route to go, but to be honest, the preparation lacked the consistency I would expect from a private chef.
