WE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH RED MAPLE!!! I cannot speak highly enough. From the initial planning stages to the actual event, everything was seamless and enjoyable. They did our intimate wedding reception, and it was an absolute hit. Everybody on the team was so personable and kind. All of our guests could not stop complimenting them. The food was delicious. BOOK THEM!!!
From booking the date, and picking the menu out to Chef Leo and David arriving, cooking and serving- the experience was executed flawlessly. It’s obvious Chef Leo and David take great pride in their craft - the food was beautifully presented and tasted out of this world. Could not recommend them enough!

We had an AMAZING dinner in our condo in Beaver Creek for our party of 10. From start to finish it was so delicious. The appetizers were ridiculous (bruschetta, elk tartare, tuna tacos) and the salad was one of the best, if not THE best, we have ever had and we are all serious foodies. Chef knew we had some nut allergies in the group so he toasted goat cheese to give some crunch and the champagne vinegarette was outstanding. Yum. Cannot recommend at all. Reached out about a private dinner Feb 4th to take place on Valentine's day. On Feb 5th received a response from them that they'd be happy to put something together and that they had a 4 person minimum (original dinner was for 3). On Feb 6th I replied that would be fine, we'd be happy with some leftovers, and provided my address asking for next steps to get it booked.
