Red Maple Audiology is the most honest and caring place you can buy a heating aid or get hearing tested, or get your hearing aid serviced. I had an appointment with Dr. Amanda today. She is professional and made me feel like I’m the only one she needs to service, but, of course, she has many clients. Today while cleaning the wax out of my ears, she kept checking to make sure I was not experiencing any pain. Then she did a hearing test. One of my Aids stopped working this weekend and when I called today 03/25, I was happy they would be able to see Amanda at 3:30. I arrived early and expected to wait for my appt. time, but one of the other Dr. saw me and I was in and out in no time, with my aid repaired. 5 STAR SERVICE ONCE AGAIN.
Very polite, great service, very through
Dr. Amanda is very professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. She does not rush you in and out, and she realizes the need to do things correctly. The rest of the staff are very helpful and considerate of your needs.
Very caring and detailed in care.
