Staff is very helpful and courteous
Fast, efficient, and friendly, the staff at Red Maple were quick to accommodate me and worked around schedule changes easily (or it appeared easy!) So glad they made Turner their home!
Dr. Rhodes was very pleasant and competent. She explained all my options for tinnitus. We had a virtual appointment which went well. I have set an in-person appointment for follow-up. I will be traveling from Canada to her office. This is how much confidence I have in her.
Great check-in, friendly staff, appt on time, great experience with first time hearing test, audiologist took the time to answer all questions! Highly recommend!
