My 2 year-old hearing aids were not working well, but were still under warranty. Katie at Red Maple was able to exchange them for new ones! Two days later I was able to hear again! The office visit was not covered by insurance, so there was that charge of course, just so everyone is aware of it. So thankful for the great customer service!
