I had a horrible customer experience today at this location. I ordered my typical smoothie today and after taking two sips, it tasted off. I returned to the counter to ask if something could be done such as remaking the smoothie and as soon as I started to explain what was going on, the employee on duty said “we make it the same every time, there is nothing different about the smoothie.” When I reiterated that something was different, maybe through no fault of hers but notable, she doubled down on her initial response. Worst food place at the hospital. No customer service, employees will simply continue making things and not tell you hey I’m sorry give me a second I’m making something for someone else while the manager or other employee in there does nothing. They could do way better. Only reason I came here is cause it’s close to the exit. When I tried to tell them that I had been standing there for a while they continued to work on what they were working on.
