The nutty potion I had was sour and I knew it had spoiled. I told the manager. He did not care and asked me what I wanted instead. I told I do not want anything else, I want the safety of other customers. I don't want people to have food poisoning.
Service was exceptionally poor. A customer left disgruntled shortly before we entered but we decided to try it anyway. Inside, the three person staff argued over whose responsibility it was to fill our order and after several later orders were filled, they gave us a cup with a large chunk of ice approximately the size of a tennis ball. When asked for a refund, the staff refused claiming "there's supposed to be ice in it," and the manager had to be called.
