Out of most flavors and toppings. Used to be one of our top places but now we avoid. Strong smell and bad consistency/taste of yogurt.
STAY AWAY! As soon as you walk in there is a strong smell of either chemicals or glad plug ins. More than half the machines were not in use, topping station for extremely disappointing and everything looks dirty. You can tell they don’t clean or wipe anything down. There is dried frozen yogurt drips on the side of the topping station. Behind the counter is all dusty and dirty. The over head screens were glitching. The frozen yogurt it self was gross. Seems like it’s not mixed right and doesn’t match the flavor as listed. Red... read more
Went to red mango today excited to have some frozen yogurt for the first time in a very long time. Right off the bat the store smelled extremely strong of fabuloso- which wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t for the rest of my issues… the vanilla yogurt was basically liquid. The topping station was extremely disappointing. All the gummies were ROCK HARD! I could chew through a few but about 99% were inedible. For my measly cup of froyo i ended up paying $8 and it was extremely unsatisfying. I am very confused how this place is... read more
We’ve visited the red mango in Naperville many times and have always had a good experience. Visited Wheaton for the first time today. First thing I noticed was a strong smell of chemicals in the store- similar to a nail salon. Outside of that, the consistency of all the frozen yogurt was very melted and liquidy and the flavors, overall, did not match their descriptions. We spent $40 on 4 cups of frozen yogurt- most of which got thrown away.
I went to red mango with a friend, when we got there and started choosing the yogurts they would come out so liquidy and it was not the consistency that frozen yogurt should be. It is also very expensive. As a college student who just wants a sweet treat, almost $7 for half a container of frozen yogurt is crazy. The options were also not great. Would not come back.
