Understaffed, and the two times I've been there, staffed by new guys. As in, they didn't know where things were.

Bad service. Inconsistent amounts of toppings, etc. Also, hours of operation listed are wrong. Went all the way there for them to tell me it was closed. (Even though they were still there?)
No self serve and no rest room who's going to come here and smell the odor of Chinese and subway if I want a frozen yogurt? No thanks skip and I bet this place isn't any better than the location in the Burlington mall. Small and cramped. With limited selection from what I saw.
I bought a Groupon to Red Mango: 2 vouchers worth 10 frozen yogurts each. The vouchers had an expiration date, so I used them promptly. The first purchase I made there that Summer, I was given 2 PLASTIC "RED MANGO" CARDS that had no expiration date on them. The female employee told me the CARDS NEVER EXPIRE, and that I had 12 more yogurts pre-paid for on my cards. The next Spring, I went to Red Mango a 2nd time...and was told BOTH CARDS EXPIRED!
