Honestly, I've been a customer for almost two years. Always get powder dip. The last time my tech kept filing my thin nails & it hurt , told her to stop, she didn't, I had to pull my hand away! She finished my nails & I gave her my usual $15 Tip for a $45 service. She than wanted to charge me an additional $5 AFTER I gave her a 40% tip! The next day one nail broke, (my tech went on vacay) the following day another nail broke. I called & kept trying to get in for re-do & owner was never available or kept charging dates.
