I came in specifically asking for a particular polish color to match my nails. They confirmed they had it, sat me down, and began the pedicure. Only after starting did they casually mention they didn’t actually have the color. At that point, I was halfway through the service with no way to match my nails. I LOVE coming here. I typically get the deluxe pedicure. It’s a 20 minute massage with your pedicure. It is amazing!!! Everyone is always so nice and accommodating.
I’ve been going to Red Lotus for years and never have a bad experience. I’ve seen just about everyone there (Dior, Emma, Annie, Mia). They’re all wonderful! The salon is clean and they have tons of color selections! Highly recommend Red Lotus!
Red Lotus is a true positive experience. They take great care of all your needs. Making sure you are walking out with a smile, feel great and I will be back!
Lisa was absolutely AMAZING! I went in for a mani/pedi. I didn’t feel rushed for one minute, she took her time, and was incredibly particular. Thank you Lisa!!!!!!!
