**avoid this place at all costs** Such a bad experience. I made a booking for a 90 min float here and turned up right on time to be met with such confusion. The owner tells me that the float isn't available today due to maintenance of float tanks.. I then reasonably asked her for a massage instead, and she refused despite me saying I've travelled far for the float and wasted my time getting to the shop. I went for a massage with my mom today at Red Lotus Massage, and honestly, it was one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. The staff are super professional and really know what they’re doing, they could tell exactly where I had tension and worked on those spots perfectly. Excellent massage! Me and my mom went to massage there on the last Wednesday and it was amazing! My mom was very happy with it because it was her first time. The massage therapist did slowly to make us feel good, comfortable and relaxed as well. The shop was very clean and good smell. All of staff were nice I had a great experience 😍
STAY AWAY! I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had — and I want to save others from wasting their money. My partner and I came in together for a Thai massage and hot stone massage. The receptionist was lovely and the place looked fine at first, but once the massage started, things went downhill fast.
