My visit to the Red Lock Storage ended up being memorable for a reason I never expected. While there, I met David, who told me he worked at the site, and by coincidence we crossed paths in the men’s washroom. I was dealing with a very painful infected hangnail that had become swollen and filled with pus. David went out of his way to help me by assisting with removing the piece of toenail causing the problem, cleaning the area, and helping bandage it up. I have known Keldon and Melanie for a very long time and to say anything but great would be an understatement. They always give great service and I highly recommend them for your storage needs.
This was the best storage experience ever. It was so easy to communicate and organize drop off/ pick ups for our trailer and I was confident that it was safe and secure while in storage. I will 100% be recommending Red Lock to people I know and will definitely use their services again. Thank you!
