The online website to order delivery from seemed to have had a glitch. I was unable to order food for delivery and felt frustrated. I called the store and the manager Kael went above and beyond to working towards a solution that included personally delivering my order to me. I applaud his dedication to service. Thank you Kael for stepping up.
Five stars for Red Lobster because honestly, between the cheddar biscuits and Ana’s service, we were one compliment away from moving in. Ana was an absolute legend; fast, friendly, and somehow always there right before we realized we needed something, like she had a sixth sense for empty drinks and empty biscuit baskets. The food is low budget but the prices aren’t. You can get a much nicer meal at Earls or Moxies for the same price. Server was passive aggressive. For $113 the meal was worth $25
